The AKS team toiled hard all day against an extremely strong MCC team. Tight bowling and fielding made scoring difficult for the MCC initially, ensuring that AKS stayed in the hunt. AKS had a great opportunity to take advantage and push forward, but unfortunately were not able to do so. AKS were steady in the early batting overs, making good progress, however the loss of some key wickets in the middle overs reduced the scoring rate and made it difficult to claw our way back up to the required run rate, with the MCC winning comfortably in the end.
